Our rates
From € 360 for up to 4 guests
The rental prices are valid per night for up to 4 guests for the entire apartment plus a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day (children under 14 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax).
Final cleaning
€250 one-time cleaning
We charge a one-off fee of € 250 for cleaning the apartment after each stay.
Other people
€70 for each additional person
Additional guests pay € 70 per person per night. A maximum of 7 people can stay in the apartment. Children up to 6 years stay for free.
Deposit
€250 deposit
Rental price
In addition to the rental price, a deposit of €250 is required in cash, which will be refunded on the day of return after a joint viewing.
Check-in/out
Please note the times!
The check in time for the apartment is 4:00 p.m. The check out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
