PETS
We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the apartment.
SMOKING
Smoking in the flat is NOT permitted.
FACILITIES
The rental price includes cosy bathrobes, towels and toiletries. The bathrooms have showers, a bathtub, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer and radiant heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and mocha), microwave and Sodastream. All "cooking basics" such as coffee, tea, spices, vinegar & oil, sugar, etc. are also available.
The Finnish sauna is located directly in the flat. In the basement there is a private storage room for ski equipment and bicycles. Two car parking spaces are available free of charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Italian Consumer Protection Code (Art. 45-67, Legislative Decree 206/2005). However, we voluntarily grant you the following cancellation options:

Booking under the Standard Rate

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.

In the event of cancellations from 14 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures, the full booking amount will be charged.
Booking under the Saver Rate (non-refundable, non-cancellable)

Bookings under our 15% discounted Saver Rate are excluded from the cancellation policy. No refunds or changes are possible.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS

Changes to the reservation are possible free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. This applies to both the travel dates and the number of guests.

From 14 days before arrival, changes are no longer possible.
