We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the apartment.
SMOKING
Smoking in the flat is NOT permitted.
FACILITIES
The rental price includes cosy bathrobes, towels and toiletries. The bathrooms have showers, a bathtub, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer and radiant heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter and mocha), microwave and Sodastream. All "cooking basics" such as coffee, tea, spices, vinegar & oil, sugar, etc. are also available.
The Finnish sauna is located directly in the flat. In the basement there is a private storage room for ski equipment and bicycles. Two car parking spaces are available free of charge.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions:
The reservation can be cancelled up to 14 days before the day of arrival without paying a cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund of the amount already paid.
For cancellations made 14 days or more before the agreed date of arrival or in the event of a "no show" or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
REBOOKING
The reservation can be rebooked free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. This applies to the travel period as well as to the number of guests.
From 14 days before the day of arrival, rebooking is no longer possible.
