The apartment is located in the centre of Kiens. Within 250 metres you will find a mini-market, a bakery with café, a butcher, a pharmacy, a bank with ATM, a bus stop and the ski shuttle stop. Within a further 150 metres you will also find a playground, a library, the local church, tennis courts and restaurants.
In summer, the Issinger Weiher is a lovely destination just 1.5 km from the apartment. This local recreation area offers a restaurant, bar and ice-cream parlour as well as a swimming pond, high ropes course and a distillery for local essential oils. Various cycling and mountain biking routes, hiking trails and mountain hikes also start from the apartment.

In winter, the nearby large ski area Kronplatz as well as the famous Val Badia with Alta Badia are perfect for skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing. With the optimal bus and train connections to the Val d'Isarco and Val Pusteria, you can enjoy your vacation even without a car.
